PORK CHOPS
Ingredients
1 Kg good Pork Chops with fat
2 teaspoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
3 or 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons wine vinegar or red wine
1 teaspoon chillie powder or paprika
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste or powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Mix all of the above and marinate overnight.
Heat a little oil in a grill pan or flat pan and cook the chops on medium heat, turning them over a few times till they are nicely browned all over and tender.
You can bake or grill them in an oven at 280 C for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn the chops over every 10 minutes for even cooking and browning
