SPICY CHICKEN WINGS



SPICY CHICKEN WINGS
Ingredients
12 Chicken Wings
1 teaspoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
2 teaspoons vinegar
Salt to taste
Marinate the chicken wings with all the above ingredients.
Leave aside for one hour
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken wings.
Cook on Low heat for about 20 minutes, turning the
Wings occasionally.
Turn off heat when the wings are tender.
Serve as a side dish or snack
